販売規約

Reservation:

• Short stays (one to four weeks): dvance payment of the entire stay is required upon registration.
• Upon receipt ot the total payment, booking will be confirmed and all necessary information concerning the host family (name, address, phone numbers) will be furnished.
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking for which we have not received payment by the due date given to you.
• Longs stays (over four weeks): a down payment of 30% of the total fee is required at the time of booking.
• The balance of the fee is due 15 days before the student's/ trainee's arrival in Paris.
• Upon receipt of the total payment 15 days before student's/trainee's date of arrival in France, booking will be confirmed and all necessary information concerning the host family (name, address, phone numbers) will be furnished.
• For stay of several month, FRANCE STAY may allow payments to be made monthly at the beginning of each month.
• Payments are to be made out to France STAY
• Advance notice of 15 days is required for any unscheduled advance departure for any length of stays.
• VERY IMPORTANT: For students coming from countries outside the European Union, all banking fees must be covered by the the student. These fees will be invoiced on your final bill.

Cancellation Policy:

• 1°) If the stay is cancelled after payment has been made and that the information regarding the Host Family has been provided, FranceStay reserves the right to recoup 50% of the total amount ot the stay.
• 2°) In case of a reservation for 2 or 3 months, if, during his or her stay, without a well-founded reason and proven conflicting situation with the family, the student or trainee decides to leave before the booked departure date, the total amount of the stay will remain due in its entirely.

Extensions of Stay:

• If the student wishes to extend his/her stay beyond the booked departure date, he/she must contact FranceStay as soon as possible to request an extension.
