Quality Charter

Host Families are committed to:

• furnishing upon the student's arrival all necessary information on public transportation to get to the school;
• in general, providing tourist information on Paris and France;
• in particular, providing information on neighbourhood shopping;Proposing an accommodation in conformity with the rules and regulations on security and hygiene;
• providing a WI-FI connexion, if possible, and as long as the Host has Internet;
• prroposing to solve any problem immediately with the student and/or with France Student HomeStays;
• handing over the Host Family's Rules and Regulations to the student upon arrival, together with the keys;
• accepting to help out, as much as possible, to make the student's stay as pleasant as possible.
